We really enjoyed our stay. The location is very close to Dubai Mall, which made getting around super convenient. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed.
The flat was very well equipped with everything we needed. It stood out from many typical Airbnbs because it was clear that real care and attention had gone into furnishing and maintaining the property.

Is Mahogany licensed with DTCM?
Yes. Mahogany has been licensed with Dubai's tourism authority (DTCM) since its creation. Every home we manage operates under an official holiday-home permit, fully within Dubai's regulatory framework.
Am I protected if a guest damages my property?
Yes. Stays booked through our platforms carry protection — Airbnb's AirCover covers hosts up to USD 3,000,000 in damage protection — alongside security deposits, guest screening, and smart locks on every door. We document each stay and handle any claim for you.
How and when do I get paid?
Monthly, with a clear statement of every booking, every fee, and every number. No filters.
Can I still use my own property?
Of course. Tell us your dates and we block the calendar. Your home remains yours.
What does your management fee cover?
Everything listed above — setup, listings, pricing, guest support, housekeeping scheduling and organization, maintenance coordination, and reporting. The model is simple: 80% of revenue goes to you, 20% to Mahogany. We only earn when you earn.
How quickly can my property go live?
Between 10 and 15 days from signing — permit, styling, photography, and listings included.
